Autobusová zastávka pod okny, ale za to majitel nemůže :-)

Additionally in the cafeteria there are very ugly people such as Veronica waiter who does not like foreigners. I hear the complains coming from Germans, Austrians, Americans and Spaniards and all of them fell mistreated by this woman, including myself. She does not smile, and she is bothering by serving. extremely rude person. The receptionist (Red Headed woman is a RUSSIAN) as she does not know how to smile at all.. ) Smile is painful for her.. And she does not give you a nice greetings when you arrive and of course. She thinks that you are just a problem by giving her work.. She is the face of the Penzion and it is the worst Welcome you can get coming into a new place. She would not even say Thank you for your stay with us... as this is typical in good places. -- Extremely un_polite and rude woman. Unfortunately, most of the employees do not speak English and it is a very negative aspect in this PENZION. But, some of them are very helpful and thanks to them I stayed longer than expected. If I was the owner I will force my employees to smile and to be courteous to foreigners and also to Czech people. I changed Penzion and found one.. where everybody speaks English and they welcome you with nice smiles and it makes you feel at home . Not is a Russian camp such I was feeling in Basta.

Pokoj sice dobře vybavený, ale prostorově na hranici únosnosti, pro 1 osobu snad ano. Koupelna se sociálním zařízením jen pro osoby nižšího vzrůstu a s anorexií - posadíte se na WC, do stehna tlačí držák toaletního papíru a hlavu máte téměř v umyvadle, které je navíc toho nejmenšího rozměru, takže po umytí vytíráte podlahu. Průhledné zasouvací dveře jsou dobrý nápad, ale netěsní (ani zvuk ani zápach).

Na pokoji číslo 8 hlučný větrák v koupelně.
